"Jerry at Best Water won a competitive bid process that clearly beat out two major competitors in this area. He analyzed my requirements and conducted a thorough test of my system and water quality before recommending a solution. He demonstrated extensive knowledge of current technology and clearly stated which mitigation steps I should consider in fixing my well water issues. I was impressed with how accessible he was and his willingness to work around my schedule. He showed up on time and was able to complete the work on the same business day. The installation went smoothly and looks much more professional than the original system that came with the house. It has been a true pleasure doing business with this company."

"Randy Williams was both very professional, very knowledgeable and just a genuinely nice guy. The install of the water filtration system was my first for my first home and he put my nerves at ease. If you have a question about what he is doing or about what equipment is being installed he will answer it. He went over everything he installed with me and made sure I understood what I needed to do on my part to maintain the filtration system. I highly recommend his company for any install or service you may need for your water."

"Awesome work, Looked at our existing system and did not try to pressure sell a new system. Very honest company."

"The technician came on time and, although it took him longer than expected to install the system, he installed it and demonstrated the system for me. The next day, I noticed there was still water on the concrete close to the system but, I figured it was residual water. Apparently the system was leaking. Two days after install I contacted Leaf and advised them that the system was leaking. Early, the next business day, they arrived and repaired the leak and made sure I was happy. My system seems to be working well and I am satisfied."

"From the first meeting Jeff was very personable and informative on the system we needed in our home. He explained the quality of water we would get with installing a new water treatment system. He tested and explained every step of the process. Once we decided to move forward, his team installed our system the very next day. Jeff then came back several days later to address any questions and go over the system again which was very helpful. I am impressed with the customer service and works highly recommend this company to others. Thank you Jeff!!"

"Professional, knowledgeable, no gimmicks, and helpful"

"Everything went well. I would recommend Affordable Water Treatment Systems to anyone who wants better water at a price that is easy on the pocketbook."

"The install was smooth and professional the installer demonstrated and explained all steps of this installation!"

"We recently had the ClearWave Sovereign whole-home water system and RO system installed, and the experience was outstanding. After speaking with several water treatment companies, ClearWave stood out because they focused on education instead of scare tactics. Other companies performed in-home tests and then tried to sell systems that didn't even address what they found. ClearWave reviewed actual lab data, explained what was in our water, and recommended solutions based on our goals and budget. The virtual consultation was surprisingly informative, and the team was professional, responsive, and always on time. The difference in our water is incredible. The chlorine smell is gone, the hardness issues have disappeared, the water tastes noticeably better throughout the house, and even the ice tastes cleaner. We appreciate having better water at every tap, not just one faucet. Highly recommend ClearWave for their expertise, transparency, and exceptional customer service."

"Very responsive and completed work in under an hour. HOWEVER, the problem was the price - $410. For an hour's work, with supplies at about $50. That is $360/hour labor. I checked internet sources, average cost should not be over $200. When I complained, it appears that they have a minimum 4 hour charge. Here is the exact quote from an email from the company "We use straight forward pricing for all work performed which we have levels for work to be performed if it takes 15 mins or 4 hours price doesn't change we don't have hourly price." I don't think this type of job would ever take 4 hours, I am not sure why the base price is $410. When I told them of other work that needed to be done on the bathtub, such as a leaky overflow, they did not offer to fix it under the same price structure. Also, they installed the water knobs so they turn opposite what they should (counter-clockwise to turn off instead of clockwise)."
