"The technician came on time and, although it took him longer than expected to install the system, he installed it and demonstrated the system for me. The next day, I noticed there was still water on the concrete close to the system but, I figured it was residual water. Apparently the system was leaking. Two days after install I contacted Leaf and advised them that the system was leaking. Early, the next business day, they arrived and repaired the leak and made sure I was happy. My system seems to be working well and I am satisfied."

"2nd review because I am obsessed with this system. We have had our system for 1 month and before our light gray bathroom grout had turned an orange color from the hard water but 1 month after this system it has self cleaned the grout to its original color. I used to have to clean my toilet bowls every couple of days due to the brown stains the hard water would leave, I haven't had to clean my toilet bowls in 3 weeks and did so just to disinfect them. I love this system. My dog drinks twice as much water as before. The customer service is amazing."
