He also identified where the water was coming from. My husband (who is handy) opened up the wall and repaired the leak. Christopher came back out to bid the project. After reviewing what my husband had opened up and removed, he was able to determine we did not need any work done and could patch it back up. Didn't charge us anything. The staff was responsive, Christopher was thorough (checking other rooms including downstairs ceiling area) and professional. We would definitely hire them if the mold had extended further - and are grateful for the knowledge and peace of mind that they provided to us."
