"This is a small company. The wife answers the phone and makes appointments. She was very prompt in returning my call, friendly and professional. On the day of the appointment she texted me when he was on his way so I would know when to expect him. I never know what to expect when someone shows up at my door. One time I hired someone who just stood there staring at me when I opened the door and I had to ask if he was who I assumed he was. Not Mr. Utor. He was clean and professional, introduced himself and handed me his card. He immediately picked up on my bare feet and kicked his shoes off before he stepped inside, which always makes me and my light carpet happy. The repair went smoothly, he had a well equipped vehicle and didn't have to run to the store to get parts like some of the folks I've hired. He asked me about my air filter and took a look at it just to make sure. I'm pretty good about changing it but when he pulled it out it did indeed need to be replaced. I had one on hand and he installed it for me. I didn't shop price at all so it wouldn't be right for me to comment on that other than to say that I feel that what I paid was fair. "I always have my doubts about what I will get for $39, so went into this deal with low expectations. I have a two story house with basement. The Green Apple crew arrived on time, with a text reminder 1 hour ahead. That always helps. Make sure you know where all your vents are, and that they are accessible (move beds and furniture if they cover a vent, that gives the crew more time to do their job). Tony explained the difference between cleaning the vents, and a deep cleaning of the ductwork. After confirming that I had not had the ducts cleaned in the 20 years I have lived here with 2 dogs, Tony walked through the entire house and took photos inside the ducts. How embarrassing! It was obvious I needed the deep cleaning service (what was that lump in there? We needed to find out). Deep cleaning is more expensive, but when you see how much work it takes for Tony and his energetic assistant, Julian, to really get into and clean the ductwork, you will understand why. They worked steadily for over 2 1/2 hours, and had all the correct equipment to do a very thorough job. They even cut into and repaired the original 1929 ductwork to get at difficult spots without extra charges. Overall, a great job, and today was the first time in months I didn't wake up sneezing. If you are sensitive to chemicals or fragrances, be sure to check the disinfectant before it is used, though there is no hint of it after 24 hours, it has a strong smell when first applied. Again, you only need deep cleaning once every 5 years, so it is worth the .15 cents a day to breath easier. Thanks again to Tony and Julian for a job well done. Pay Tony, tip Julian! (The disgusting lump was a towel I had never owned. That made it worth the price right there.)"

"Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. I would use him again and I recommend him highly to anyone needing computer updating and/or repair. His work is warrantied and he is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful."

"Very well. I bought through Angies List. I scheduled myself, as I needed to get this done within the week I called. I talked to the owner, Martin, who was so nice and in the process of moving his shop from Gilroy to Morgan Hill. Because I wanted this done relatively fast, I said I was flexible and could meet anytime, suggesting if they are out near Los Gatos, perhaps they could squeeze me in. He said in fact, he thought they might be in the next week or so, and he would text me. Well, the very next day, I got a text and met his guys and they did a good job. Plus they took the time to show me how the gas fireplace works. I was very pleased. Martin was very responsive continually and kept me posted or had his guys call to update me on time to meet. Martin also knows everything about BBQ's, so if your BBQ stops working, there is no better place to call for that too! I know I will!"

"My AC went out the last week of August. I called Supreme and they were out right away to make an assessment on my 20 year old unit. After educating me on what was wrong and how the old units are being phased out in California they gave me two options. Buy a new unit or replace the compressor. I opted to replace the compressor. The best part is they didn’t try to pressure me into buying a new unit even though I need one after 20 years. Instead they fixed the problem and followed up with me a couple of weeks later to see how things were going. They’re going to conduct maintenance to try and get as much use out of my unit until I’m ready to purchase an entire new one.
