"Excellent. A Real Plumber came 2 hours after I called him to fix the leaking faucet for $99. Came back two days later as scheduled and removed the cast iron drainage pipe and replaced it with PVC setup at a cost of $400. Performed excellent work, was very personable, clean, and kept his scheduled times, what more can you ask for."

We are sooooo estatic about our gorgeous new outdoor living space! I highly recommend Remodeling Concepts! High quality, top notch, beautiful work is what this company provides."

"My husband explained to Alan from Westside what we wanted done. Alan explained the best way to do the project. He was very impressed  with his knowledge of the various projects we proposed. Alan got back with a competitive and fair price. The workers who arrived were the most courteous, skilled and hard working crew my husband has seen in a while. They went above and beyond professional thru and thru. The best compliment you could give a company is to have them return to do additional jobs. Suffice to say Alan is stopping by for another consultation for the next project lined up. Thanks again Westside."

"It went very well. The boys did their job quickly and professionally."

"Bob and his crew were honest, on time and did great work, despite challenges posed by the weather."

"Pipepals plumbing was 10 stars! Choice was 4 stars. They were timely in assigning the job but I had to keep an eye in the website as notifications did not get pushed via email as expected. They also wouldn't cover all the work recommended by the plumber. Essentially I had a broken pvc in an outside faucet and they wanted him to reuse the faucet instead of replacing it. So I would have had a 1/2 in pipe with 2 connectors...to an old faucet just to save $30. I paid out of pocket so it's right but really? Again plumber was AWESOME. Showed early and returned next day to confirm leak was fixed and patched the holes."

"Winterized windows, patched holes in walls, painted, fixed front door, installed new floor in bathroom."

"Charles Harris arrived to my home promptly at the time of our appointment. He was extemely professional and congenial. He came with the necessary tools and equipment to diagnose the problem. My water heater was leaking water and needed to be replaced. Charles quoted a very reasonable price to replace the water heater. He expertly replaced the water heater in a reasonable amount of time and disposed of the old water heater. He was courteous, pleasant and extremely reassuring. Several hours after installing the new water heater he called to assure that the water heater was working properly and that I was satisfied with the repair. I would definitely recommend Charles to anyone who needs plumbing service."

"John arrived on time and he was a good communicator Throughout. John was able to finish alot of the unfinished loose ends Left Behind find my previous contractor. I would say John is a professional handyman and I would recommend to anyone looking for handyman or carpentry services to be performed."

"Well, the first time the replacement was ordered it was the wrong one, which of course, delayed the installation a week. When it was finally installed I had to pay an additional $850 for code upgrades. This I was not informed of by Home Shield. Then we noticed that there was water on the garage floor and found that the pipe coming in from the wall was leaking at the wall so had to call the plumbing company back out to fix it. They first tried to say it was not their fault but since there wasn't a leak before they installed they did fix it. I have used Home Shield a few times before and never had a problem. Some of the companies they use are not the best so you have to research them before you commit. I have found HS service to be good if you do your homework. At the end of the day I was without hot water for almost 3 weeks but it was do to the plumbing company they sent out."
