"The furnace went out just before the Thanksgiving holiday and I was expecting family over for the weekend. I contacted Cummins and they were able to come out the day after. They said they would be able to repair my furnace but indicated that it was fairly close to end of life. For the price of repair, they recommended a replacement. Since I were to replace the furnace I always wanted to have AC and they gave me a great deal on both. They were able to replace my furnace the same day and returned a couple of weeks later to install the AC unit. However, shortly after my guests left after the holiday they furnace failed. I called them to let them know it wasn't working, so they send someone out to look at it. I explained my disappointment but assured me they would make it right. They ended up replacing the circuit board and the thermostat. Even though I experienced a bit of a hiccup, they were very easy to work with and stood behind their work and product. Everyone at the company that I spoke with was very helpful and friendly. I am happy with the results thus far and would recommend them to anyone that is in the market for a furnace and/or AC unit."

"I now live out of state and I am unable to be home for repairs, their were able to accommodate my needs with no issue. Very military friendly company."

"Mercurios is great! I had my yearly maintenance with the company today. The tech was at my home with in the appointment time frame. He had great communication with me. He checked out the furnace, thermometer and heat pump. He did all service in a timely manner. Would love to have the tech Joshua again for services."

"My furnace broke down on a very cold day, causing my family to suffer. Dave arrived promptly on time after I contacted him and exhibited a high level of professionalism. Dave displayed impressive knowledge and skill throughout the repair process. My furnace problem was quickly diagnosed and Dave explained it to me in plain and understandable terms. I appreciated his transparency and honesty in discussing the necessary repairs and associated costs. I would recommend Dave's services to anyone who needs repair or upgrades to their HVAC system. Dave, thank you again for saving my family from a cold winter!"

"It went well. We will use his services again, if necessary."

"This is my third visit in the last few months.  Found them through A/L and also were recommended by a friend in the auto tool business.  2007 Volvo XC 90 had two repairs both went well and punctual.  Today's visit was my 2007 BMW 530i.  No more visits to the dealership for us.  I gave a good rating on price only because I don't have too much experience besides dealerships.  Craig is a great service adviser.
