Ryan was honest with his assessment of whether or not to replace the unit or repair it, and very helpful throughout my decision process. The quote that he provided was very reasonable, and I found to be the best option versus the other major names that I had received quotes from. When it came time to install, Cosmin and Linas did an excellent job, were both very friendly, and walked me through everything they were doing throughout the process. Overall, I am happy with the experience of working with Shavitz. And at the end of the job, Ryan came back again to make sure that everything was up to par.
