"Miguel was professional and informative. He had to drill through the cement to repair the flange and tried to save my floor tile so I wouldn't have that additional expense. Unfortunately, it didn't work but I appreciated the effort and there was no extra charge even though it took extra time to go back to 'plan A'. He offered several options and suggestions but not in a salesman type way (i.e., buy something else or better that costs more). I will definitely call them again for any plumbing issues!"

"He flushed the water heater tank - I think - but left me confused.  He showed me the initial sediment that came out, but said there is so much build up in the tank that the water could drain but the sediment was stuck?!??  And that was it - my hot water tank needs replacing.
He may be right, but he came to that conclusion very quickly and I just question if that is my only option.
