"The installers did a great job removing old system and installing the new system in the garage along with the A/C system on the roof. A very neat job and a great clean-up afterwards. The installers were knowledgeable of the systems and made sure I was pleased with the work! I will continue to use Albuquerque Plumbing and Heating Company my home plus have them do my Daughters house too!! The technicians in this company are also trained to install & repair tankless hot water heaters too!!"

"Title: Exceptional, trustworthy plumbing — highly recommended Galactic Mechanical & Plumbing exceeded every expectation. After a frustrating runaround with other companies, Jordan drove up from Albuquerque to Santa Fe, waived the trip charge, and quickly diagnosed that I only needed a faucet fixture (not a full sink). He went to Home Depot, installed the new fixture, fixed a few other small issues, and left everything working — all billed fairly for one hour of labor. Jordan was professional, efficient, and honest; Megan in the office was courteous and helpful. As a longtime local with two homes, I’m already planning to use Galactic as my go-to plumber. Highly recommend them for reliable, respectful, and skilled service. Thank you, Jordan."

"Another plumber had recommended replacing the boiler for an estimated material and labor cost of over $7000.
Tony (the lead man at Universal Plumbing) inspected the boiler unit and instead recommended a thorough cleaning and replacement of one or two zone valves.
The work team arrived as scheduled, performed the cleaning, zone valve replacement, water heater draining and radiant heating system purge. The workers were very professional, explaining what they were doing, answering all my questions. They left the mechanical room clean and neat, their work appears very professional. They also installed a 4-zone monitoring device (for the zone valves) that makes it easy to keep track of which zones are calling for hot water and which ones are getting it.
The work included purging the air from the radiant heating system. This caused the slab to cool down. External temperatures were below freezing, and the radiant heating system seemed to be regaining heat inconsistently across zones. Tony and his crew returned several times to purge the system a second time, adjust the thermostats, take temperature readings on floor surfaces, and in general, stick with us until everything was running correctly.
For me, trust is key. When I pay a contractor, I need to trust that he will stay on task until it is right. Tony and his crew earned my trust on this job and I will use Universal Plumbing again to move gas and water lines as part of a major kitchen renovation. The fact that Universal found boiler replacement unnecessary saved me thousands.
I recommend Universal Plumbing wholeheartedly.

"They came out to look what I had going on and they were going to come back next Friday and finish it. They're gonna come out and give me an estimate on the water heater, they're gonna come back out and get my air conditioning running. They were fine, they were good. They were very professional and made some recommendations, they were on time, they were prompt, just great service. I'd definitely recommend them."

"

Alvin came to our house on a Saturday to inspect our hot water heater that went out. He not only arrived promptly on a Saturday morning, he informed my husband and I about each step of his inspection. He even showed us where the exhaust was disconnected allowing carbon monoxide to fill our garage. Since the unit was less than 3 years old he encouraged us to

call the manufacturer (replacement part wouldn't be in for another 5 days-No hot water for 5days!!) The benefits in replacing our particular unit out weighed keeping it. By six o'clock that night we had hot water with a terrific guarantee.

Alvin was very personable, professional, and an expert. He taught us about hot water heaters and connections, and how to maintain the unit We were very fortunate he corrected the gas leak and replaced or unit within the same day. Thank you so much.

"Josh came out and took care of a pool that had been neglected for several years. He had to reseal the pump, change out the filter sand and get the heater back into operation. He did everything very professionally and was careful with the cost. I have one minor leak that he will be coming back to correct soon, but the pool is up and running. Would not hesitate to use him again."

"Mitch, at Strongbuilt, was very knowledgeable, professional, and great to work with. He answered all my questions and worked with me to get the right hot water heater installed. The work was well done and the heater works great. Thanks"

"From start to finish I was very impressed with how professional, yet friendly, the staff was. The scheduler called mefirst thing in AM, and she worked hard to get someone out right away. The tec h, Bill, actually arrived 10-15 minutes early, very nice and professional in explanation of the process to find problem, and got to work right away. Fortunately for me it was a minor repair and cost much less than I expected. When Bill finished up he explained the problem and the fix, and his inspection of the system to ensure safe and continued operation. I was very pleased with all."

"Great! Conrad was here on time and checked out our mini split and flushed our tankless water heater."

"Wright Flow saved me thousands of dollars when multiple local big time companies wanted to over charge me and wanted me to replace thee entire unit with a long time frame for fix. Wright Flow came in, analyzed and fixed the issue less than a couple of hours compared to days/weeks on top of a low cost compared to other companies. Wright Flow knows the job at hand and does so with integrity. I would recommend Wright Flow if need be for others seeking the best customer service and reliability out there."
