We're glad to have AC Dave as a reliable back-stop in case things might go awry, but so far so good."

"The AC and heating system needed replacement. Pros: Everyone was professional and punctual. The technicians were knowledgeable. Installing was seem less in 1 day and it works great. Con: I did not know a very nice person would be walking through the personal spaces of the house like bedrooms to check the vents. A heads up the day before to straighten up would be nice. The contract and documents required an attorney to write. It is not possible for a layperson to read massive amounts of information in small font on the work computer tablet. A hard copy at least 12 font would be helpful to allow consumers to understand when large sums of money are spent. A copy is emailed but that is closing the barn door after the horse is out. To finance or not? I started to finance but have decided to pay off the $25,841 for AC/Heating unit, roof installation, grounding, warranty and be done with it. It is a lot of money. I don’t want to pay 9 percent interest to finance."

"Over all it is okay, but there is some missing piece's here. My thermostat does not work, but everything else is pretty much okay. 

Installed new cooling unit, and updated/corrected whatever problems with the duct work. But the thermostat needs to be in a different location. They filed an inspection so we are waiting for that. They corrected a couple problems with the duct work. 

It would be between a C and a B but there is that serous problem with the thermostat. Overall the material was good. There were about 3 or 4 people. It took a good part of the day. They left it clean. 

I think its all going to get resolved.

I liked the idea that tech took a video of before and after to show me what had happen to the hose that was spurting out water. He made sure before leaving everything was working properly. The tech did a fantastic job. I will continue using this company."
