He gave me a very good deal on replacing it and even replacing the pipes to get me up to code. He offered to do the work that very day, but we were headed out of town for Thanksgiving. Got it done on Monday, and im very pleased with the new hot water tank and work that he did. This guy is very professional, really nice and guaranteed his work. I would highly recommend Matt Greene for any plumbing projects that you may have. I know that we will be using him again for anything that comes up down the road."

This was on a Tuesday evening and the line and box were installed the next morning. Matt Wehrie called to confirm the time of arrival that morning which was met. "The one plumber who came in was very good and very easy to work with and did a very professional job. I have used them several times and I have always been satisfied. I would continue to use them in the future. After discovering that we didn't have hot water on a Saturday morning, I called Ben Franklin, who installed the water heater in April. After two attempts contacting their answering service, they finally contacted me 2 hours after the 2nd attempt when I had gotten another plumber. The owner called me on Monday and apologized for his answering service and offered to pay for the service call from the other plumber and install the gas valve required for free. I really think this is excellent customer service. When you acknowledge that you have a problem with your system and immediately make it right, that is all you can expect from a service provider. "Discount Drains did a great job. I hired them to fix gas piping issues to my backup Generator for my house. They came to evaluate my project the same day I called, and repaired it the next day. They fixed problems that my previous plumber had caused and had refused to admit were problems. The Generator had not been working, Generator company said it was gas piping issues, old plumber who did original hookup and subsequent maintenance refused to accept that – but Discount Drains immediately identified several problems with existing gas plumbing, re-piped the gas feed, and surprise – the Generator fired right up and ran for the first time in months.
