"I talked with Joe about the pricing, but did not have him come out as i had already made arrangments with another company to come out and give me an estimate. The company that came out wanted to charge me twice what Joe was charging. They stated the reason was because they paid extra for a 48 turnaround where other companies would take three weeks. i called Joe back and he assured me that he could get the same test results in a 48 hour turn around so i went with him and indeed got my results within 48 hours as promised. Thanks Joe so much for giving me the same quality service for half the price!!!"

"Jeremiah was amazing with customer service. Attentive, always responded. Lamar was the technician. I just didn’t feel like he had a lot of experience but he was here quite awhile, inside and outside the home. Jeremiah said they charged $299 and no mileage fee, but did not mention that the two tests to see if it was black mold would be $700! That was upsetting but you were stuck because you had paid $300 for him to come out. It took a while to get tests back but that wasn't their fault. Just wish we hadn't been blindsided, but otherwise very reliable."

"Already breathing easier! Green Home Solutions came out within 24 hours to take air samples and to do a full inspection of my property. They were easy to work with, punctual, and less expensive than the others who called and offered the same service. 3rd party analysis/results from the air samples were provided after only four days. Nick was really helpful in answering all my questions during the inspection and he even gave me great solutions to issues in our home related (and not related) to our air quality. Overall, I highly recommend this company."

"Scheduling was fine. They were prompt and professional. Two men arrived for the appointment and one stayed to complete the job. My experience was okay overall. However, I did expect more from them. I was looking for situations more as conducting the efficiency of the heating and cooling unit and testing for leakage. They explained that I should weather strip the doors and windows. They completed what was included in the deal. However, I had expected more to be inspected through this audit."

"Jim came and inspected the areas for removal and what I felt was a very fair estimate. His team was able to start within the week, arrived on time and when I asked questions about their safety precautions they were happy to share the details with me. There was a little more insulation in the crawl space than they originally saw but they honored the estimate. He asked in advance if I wanted air quality testing after the removal and we said yes. They had a licensed third party perform the testing on the day of the work and let me know it was clean; I also spoke to the air quality tester. Shortly thereafter they provided electronic and hard copies of a letter from the tester and the detailed report. Thank you!"
