" My husband and I had used Procelite to install a bathtub liner in another home about 12 years ago.
We really liked how it looked, but had no experience with how long it would last.
When I developed rust around my drain and areas of surface erosion in my current bathtub, I decided to again use Procelite to install a bathtub liner,
My bathtub is the original tub, and is 37 years old.  I contacted the company and was told that they would send someone to give me an estimate the next day.
Todd came at the scheduled time, assessed the damage, and answered all my questions and concerns clearly and concisely.
The next day, the office called and an appointment for installation was agreed upon.
Todd came right on time, clearly explained everything that he was going to do and completed the job in about 11/2 hrs.
The tub looks brand new at a small fraction of what it would have cost to replace it.
The ceramic tile surrounding the tub was not damaged in any way..I was given a 10 yr. warrantee, and advised how to care for the liner.

The office receptionist (Margaret) and the two gentlemen that did the cut out and install (Carlos and Luis) were EXCELLENT and I would rate them an "A" in all aspects of their roles in the company. The C responsiveness and C Punctuality related to the following: (1) a prearranged appointment resulted in a no show by the company head (this is not our residence); and (2) the representative that did come the next day did not have any photos of previous work or paperwork to move the project ahead. I called for clarification, he answered and said "it's in the second line"  I asked once more because I didn't understand what I read and he just kept saying " you read the second line"  That made me feel stupid so I said " OK  thank you".
The punctuality and work was good but the communication was the worst Iv'e seen in a long time.  
The reason I said no to using him again is because of this review.  After saying anything negative again I wouldn't want  him back in my house. 
I am a contractor on Angie's List too and if someone ask me about a small basic job I quote it verbally or send a personalized quote if needed.  That is just crazy to send me a blanket letter of prices and when I called to ask about it he just kept saying  "look at the email...   look at the email"

Joseph and another member came within a couple of days to assess the situation, make recommendations, and take measurements. "It went very well. When removing the old floor tiles, they found considerable damage to the sub floor. Mike showed us ans explained how he would replace it. It required extra labor. Also, when the work was completed, Mike tested the faucet in the new sink and discovered a leak. This was at the end of a 10-hour day. I appreciated the fat that he stayed and made sure the work and Ray did was to our satisfaction. They also custom-fit the vanity for us, which required adding pieces to the sides and the bottom. They are great to work with!"

"Juan and his dad are very friendly very hard workers. On the floor refinishing. They refinished 20+ year old floors. They replaced water damaged wood. Very good job. There are sanding marks in some areas, but overall very good. They just need to slow down a little. On tile install: Looks good, but tile is not professionally level. It's nicely done, but few tiles are not well lined up, and not level. We had a very large floor area to install but I don't recall them using a level. It certainly looks good. They still need to come back and finish a few things (thresholds). I've called Juan once, but need to call him again to remind him.... I would recommend them. They are good on price, they need to slow down a bit, and finish up."

"We had a great experience with Granite Works. We contracted our countertop work on July 28th. We feel very fortunate to have met Art. He is very professional and not a high pressure sales person.  He was more of a designer and he took us out to the slab yard helping us find slabs that matched our kitchen design and equally important budget.. We were able to use their sample cabinet materials and coordinate them with the slabs, colors, movement and patterns.  He advised us on the best cuts, edgings, care, etc. Once we selected the granite within a few minutes, Art presented us with an estimate on the spot.  We placed a 50% deposit and the next day the office assistance called us to schedule our on site template. The template process was easy and thorough. It is very helpful if you take your kitchen photos with you and your detailed measurements.  That way your estimate is accurate and Art can help you with balancing movement, appropriate area for seams, if any.  Granite works provided the granite, onsite measurements, sink options, bull nose edging and included all cut outs, plus an Angie's List discount. Our price was $2500 less than a company in  the Mt. Airy. Within a week we had a template completed, in two weeks the fabrication of 2 slabs, and the installation of occurred on  August 9th. In 1 day! We elected to forego their 4" backsplash option and we designed and installed our own. Art's design consultation was very helpful.  After we finished 1/2 the backsplash we sent Art a thank you email with a photo.  He was so surprised and we were surprised and happy 1) he remembered us, and 2) he liked our natural stone tile work.  We recommend Granite Works for quality, professionalism and price.  Good luck and thanks Angie's List.
