They did not try to oversell; I was given three options, including replacing the current system with the same choice (the cheapest) and two additional choices providing different options at different levels of cost. Other companies that provided a quote only offered one option and looked for a decision immediately, The two service techs that came out and installed my new system were exceptional. They wore masks and gloves for my safety and explained everything that they were doing each step of the way. The system has been in for a week now and I am still having difficulty getting used to how wonderful the water feels compared to the many years of super hard water. "I've been using Johnny On the Spot for many years now and they have come through every time for me. They replaced my Air Conditioner and my Hot Water Heater and my Heater system to be at their best all the time. Every year they come and inspect them for $39.00 and keep them working so as to not have any emergencies! Yesterday Arturo Agundez inspected my Air Conditioner and Tony Castellanos inspected my Hot Water Heater. Arturo found my Air Conditioner to have no problems but he cleaned my filter and checked all aspects of it to be working great and found some things to be concerned about. Tony found a problem with my Water Heater Anode Rod and thankfully replaced it so I would have no emergency problem with it sooner than later. Both of them showed up on time and with their expertise I knew I was in good hands! I highly recommend Johnny On the Spot for their service as you will be in good hands I promise and I will continue to use them in the future."

"We had an appointment for 9:00 am Saturday, Dec. 27th. Vince arrived around 8: 30 am. I should him where the water was and he got started. Within an hour, give or take, he was done removing the old heater and installing the new one. He was neat, clean and efficient. Vince projected a positive attitude, fare pricing and good workmanship. "I called Don to fix a leaking water line from a previous fridge that had been taken out that had an ice/water maker. Don came to my appt exactly on time and he was efficient and quick for the repair. No talking on cell phone re private calls etc. It ended up being a less involved repair than originally anticipated and he did not try to upsell me or do more complicated work than was necessary so the final cost came in a bit under original phone quote which was very nice. This is an new home for me and there was another concern that came up last night that Don could not stay for to complete bc he had another appt after me to be on time for (great reliability for all his customers!) but he did take the time to explain what was needed for that future appt which was courteous. Also I am a single woman and felt completely safe having Don in my home. In an additional plus, he was friendly to my dog who I only had to put away bc heâ s a wild boy and very nosy but Don seemed that he would be comfortable around a calm dog. I would absolutely hire Don again."
