"From the initial contact with the office to the final service, they were an excellent choice. They did not try to oversell; I was given three options, including replacing the current system with the same choice (the cheapest) and two additional choices providing different options at different levels of cost. Other companies that provided a quote only offered one option and looked for a decision immediately, The two service techs that came out and installed my new system were exceptional. They wore masks and gloves for my safety and explained everything that they were doing each step of the way. The system has been in for a week now and I am still having difficulty getting used to how wonderful the water feels compared to the many years of super hard water. The company was an excellent choice and will be my plumber from now on."

"I've been using Johnny On the Spot for many years now and they have come through every time for me. They replaced my Air Conditioner and my Hot Water Heater and my Heater system to be at their best all the time. Every year they come and inspect them for $39.00 and keep them working so as to not have any emergencies! Yesterday Arturo Agundez inspected my Air Conditioner and Tony Castellanos inspected my Hot Water Heater. Arturo found my Air Conditioner to have no problems but he cleaned my filter and checked all aspects of it to be working great and found some things to be concerned about. Tony found a problem with my Water Heater Anode Rod and thankfully replaced it so I would have no emergency problem with it sooner than later. Both of them showed up on time and with their expertise I knew I was in good hands! I highly recommend Johnny On the Spot for their service as you will be in good hands I promise and I will continue to use them in the future."

"We had an appointment for 9:00 am Saturday, Dec. 27th. Vince arrived around 8: 30 am. I should him where the water was and he got started. Within an hour, give or take, he was done removing the old heater and installing the new one. He was neat, clean and efficient. Vince projected a positive attitude, fare pricing and good workmanship. Will call on him again."

"Excellent customer service and very quick to respond. Discovered our water heater was leaking near midnight on a Saturday. Contacted Vegas Built Services at 8am on a Sunday and they were out to my home to provide a quote by 10am. By noon, we had a newly installed water heater. Friendly, professional, and clean. I highly recommend Vegas Built Services."

"I called LV Quality Water Works and spoke to Andrew Jay for some guidance. He was very professional and answered all my questions
I then scheduled him to come to my residence to install my softner system. He removed the old system and installed the new one. He didn't mind me asking him questions as he installed the system. He then walked me through the operation of the system and provided me with his card should I have any further questions. The price was very reasonable for the install.
I would definitely recommend this company again and the professionalism this company and Andrew Jay.
