"The repair man was very knowledgeable and polite. He explained the issues regarding my central A/C. He checked the entire unit and cleaned it. My home is definitely cooler since the work was performed. Will definitely call them again."

"I thought they did a good job, but then what does a 67 year old woman know about A/C service. Our A/C had been running fine just wanted the annual service in case we needed Freon or anything. Four days after they serviced it the A/C shut off and wouldn't come back on. They sent the technician back out the same day and he lifted little plug on the drain and it started right back up. He left and it ran ok that night...then it shut off again. My wife is a Chief Engineer and she brought home a wet vac and a CO2 tank and clear it again. She showed me where the plug to the drain was for if it shut down again. I spent the next day having to lift the drain and then manually sucking water from the drain pan to keep it running and not leaking on our floor. Saturday morning I called and told them I wanted them to come back and fix whatever it was they had done. They sent the guy back out and his boss told him to hook a hose up to the drain-line outside and flush it out from there. I told him we have a common drain that is for 4 Condo's and showed him where it was. When he hooked it up and turned on the water, it flooded our downstairs neighbors Condo. Him and my wife helped them clean it up. They were very nice considering. He then hooked the hose up inside our house and flushed it slowly from inside our Condo and then used the wet vac to blow-it out again. This last action seems to have fixed the problem. I really appreciated the fact that they came back twice to try to fix the problem, but the fact that they didn't know flushing that single drain line would flood our neighbors Condo or the fact that our A/C was fine before they serviced it means I'll not use them again."

"I called and they immediately came out to repair my A/C. Exception service."

"

I contacted this company to get estimates for three different projects. We had met with two other professionals who had recommended that our A/C unit was replaced immediately. Weathershield gave us other options. They sent two guys to make an assessment and it turn out to be one the best experiences during my home remodeling project.

John and his partner completed a through assessment of my A/C unit and made recommendations based on what I was requesting. With his assessment and recommendations we were able to save money and still get work done. He explained to us that although our unit was dated it did not need immediate replacement. He recommended that we clean coils and gave us different options for the new vent. He sent additional information via email on AC units including an estimate for a new unit and  our very much needed ceiling insulation.

We decided to hire this company based on our experience with the John and the information he shared with us. Their prices were very reasonable prices when comparing them to the other two companies. They sent Jose and his partner for the new vent and they did a great job. The work was neatly done and the room cools like a the rest of the house. John came to clean our coils. He removed the entire unit and cleaned everything to perfection. Our A/C unit is working fine.

I highly recommend this company based on my experience with the quality of the work performed and most importantly their honesty. From their customer service staff to their technicians this company deserves an A.

Once we complete some electrical work in the house, we will hire them for the installation of the ceiling insulation.

"East Coast Air's Scott estimated and provided oversight while Johnny and Xavier did an excellent job of replacing an old outdated and useless ac duct with a modern well insulated duct system that Scott convinced me was the best way to provide ac to my home that often didn't cool well in the summer. Boy was he right. It works great now. They also replaced the central air system that was over 20 years old with the right size for my home and we saved on the electric bill. They did an excellent, professional job that was preformed with minimal inconvenience."

"I had an excellent experience with Problem Solver for my AC repair. Karlos was prompt, knowledgeable, and quick. He was very thorough in his work and explained everything clearly and in a way that was easy to understand. His professionalism and attention to detail truly stood out. I highly recommend Problem Solver and Karlos for any AC repair needs!"

"Good job generally speaking. Some details not taken care of, like piece of outdoor copper pipe left uninsulated and some trash left on work area. Had to call several weeks after installation to get A/C filters included in estimate."

"Leonel conducted himself professionally and informed me of the diagnosis, gave me prices and reasonable advise. He arrived late in the day and stayed until 2:00 am to help me resolve my problem. Definitely recommend his services."

"I strongly recommend them they did fast and excellent job. Very happy with service"

"At first, I am usually very hesitant about A/C repairs because they typically come out and you end up with a hefty bill. Dealing with Steve and Cooling Experts made me realize that this was not the case. He was very straightforward and honest and in my books that merits 5 stars all the way. The price was very reasonable and serviced my furnace and exceeded my expectations. Great company and this will be my go to company for all my A/C needs."
