"Ken called before he came and got here on time. He was alone as he said his helper was not to be there today. He worked hard. Explained everything about my AC unit inside, air ducts and advised of things I could make it better and also what things my regular service checks should look for. He opened and cleaned the entire ac unit of ducts, sucked out, did each register, cleaned those outside and sucked and cleaned out with a roto brush while sucking. Put all back together. Little mess. I just swept floors and vacuumed a bit. His units to decrease mold installed are so much cheaper than any others! This guy is great and busy. Only Takes checks or cash, but only $199.00 for unlimited ducts /one unit. He works hard and alone took 3 hours! Good work. Sanitize also! House is clean! Thank you ! Telling my Neighbors!"

I must say I've had service done plenty of times and my a/c just never blew good enough or it just felt like I had no a/c air at all. After repeated return visits because the house was not getting cool we came to realize the new system was not compatible with the old duct work. An unexpected and expensive surprise. I felt as though that should have been identified earlier. The management did work hard to solve the problem. I did get additional quotes for the duct work just to be sure I wasn’t being taken advantage of. I must say that after having the duct work replaced the house temperature in every room if perfect! I am happy with the service I received and would call them again."

ELITE IS A "PRO" DAIKIN INSTALLER....12 yr parts warr, for 600 more, purchased 12 yr labor warr included as well. They came out the next day, did the install, cleaned up, gave me 98 dollar credit for the original service call, transferred UV lights from old unit to new at NC....overall great to deal with..... nice salesman (Kirk), (he deserves a raise) no pressure ...I would highly recommend..."
