They did a free estimate and were priced much better than local competition. The work done was top notch, more affordable didn't mean a lesser quality of work. And no hidden fees, the prices quoted for the options were what I was billed. I was very pleased with the work done by Tyler and by the friendliness and courtesy all around from the company. Anthony claimed separate Freon charges for two system ports, but the user’s Senville Minisplit system only requires one charge. After refusing additional diagnostic fees, the technicians left the system non-functional. A second company, AB May, confirmed the system was empty of Freon despite the prior payment. The user found and repaired a leak on port A, which Anthony never checked, and Senville confirmed the system had enough factory Freon for the installed line length. The user requests a refund for the unnecessary $400 Freon charge due to inadequate service and misdiagnosis."
