"Jeremy is excellent. He was immediately responsive and came out to troubleshoot and repair in an urgent situation. He arrived when he said he would, he contacted me just before and at arrival, he quickly diagnosed the plumbing issue and repaired it without needing a second trip. I could not have been more pleased. His work is professional done right the first time. I was kept completely informed during the repair. I will hire Jeremy again in a heartbeat. "No invoice transparency at Sila Heating, Cooling, Plumbing, and Electrical. I had an appointment on February 16, 2026, to troubleshoot a no-heat issue on the second floor of my home. I was told the repair would be $1,500. Although hesitant, I agreed to proceed because I needed heat. The repair was completed, I paid $1,524.90, and the technician left. I later realized I had not been provided with an invoice, so I called the company directly at 781 438 4114. The person who answered the phone emailed me an invoice. The invoice listed an HVAC diagnostic fee of $69.00, followed by ?HYD 170,? with no price or itemized breakdown provided. I understand that professional services and parts can incur significant costs, it is unreasonable that the part alone could account for the entire charge without any supporting documentation. I respectfully requested a detailed breakdown of the invoice through multiple phone calls and emails; however, the responses I received were dismissive and failed "
