"Our ac unit went out three weeks ago. It was the peak of summer and in the middle of a heat wave in the valley. Our regular service repair company made a total of 6 trips over a two week period to try and remedy our situation. They advised us to replace a burned out motor--and then couldn't even install it. Even though we were long established customers (over 8 years) they could not promise installation of a new unit for another week.. Frustrated and fed up with the company, a friend told me about NRG and I phoned them. They came out the same day and looked at the system. We had decided to replace the unit at that point--so they gave us a great estimate and more importantly was sympathetic to our stress level (Southern Cali summers are brutal!). The super helpful technicians ordered the unit, installed it and made sure it was up and working --even working on a Saturday to ensure we had air. Furthermore, the office was so helpful and even worked with us on our bill...For a company who didn't know us--they went out of their way to ensure our situation was taken care of. I won't be going back to my old service company- Thanks NRG! You went above and beyond the basic customer service.

"Finally an honest Solar company!! I went through several companies trying to get quotes for one of my properties, either they were ridiculously expensive or they didn't return my calls. A friend of mine referred me to Mega Sun and I have to say I am very pleased. Within a couple days from the initial phone call I already had an estimate and once i decided to go with them the installation was completed in one week. Its been a little over a month since they completed the install and everything is working smoothly.

"After purchasing the Big Deal, the provider contacted us promptly and was helpful in explaining the service.  They explained that an additional area we wanted to clean would cost a reasonable amount more, on top of the Big Deal, which seemed fair.  They arrived on time.  The wood was turning green before the service, but looked perfectly clean and new after the service.  Our only concern was that one thin wooden banister was nearly broken following the treatment, which we understand can be common with power washing.

" Mr. Joshua Brown is truly a professional handyman and an individual with strong character.  He skillfully and quickly hung all my paintings and mirrors the following day and had finished with the first coat of paint in the master bedroom when he decided to take a look at my brand new dryer that wasn't working.  I had a feeling that the person that had installed it for me had not done it properly.  Mr. Brown, tried several different scenarios that all led to the fact that the dryer was working properly--it was heating up the clothes but they were still wet.  Mr. Brown had the thought to go outside to the vent to feel the stream of air that the dryer should have been pushing out.  That's when Mr. Brown realized that no air was being pushed out by the dryer--he realized that there had to be something blocking the air flow to the outside which was why the clothes were heating up but the humidity had no where to go so the clothes stayed damp.  Mr Brown cleverly took a coat hanger and straightened it out and pushed it as far as he could down the tube that leads from the dryer to the wall, through the garage and to the outside--and pulled out a watermelon sized ball of NASTY lint, hair, dust, etc that had been stuck there for at least 10 years!  Like I said, I have just moved in to this place and was horrified by what he discovered and then relieved when he told me that if he had not detected this, not only would the dryer continue to not work but it was just a matter of time before I had a house fire.  The tightly packed pile of lint, dust, etc is HIGHLY FLAMMABLE and I believe that Mr. Joshua Brown saved my life that day. 
What I would like to say about Mr. Brown is that he doesn't give up when his first attempt at fixing something doesn't work.  He is tenacious and diligent and takes pride in his work.  His skills cross many disciplines from painting to appliances to construction.  One additional skill that he possesses which is hard to find, is that he is a visualizer.  I have several ideas for future projects and he was able to visualize my project and make recommendations and suggestions based on what I described.  I liked that I could kind of give him the overarching idea of what I wanted to do and he could tell me the exact steps to take to get me there.  I enjoyed his happy disposition and was very comfortable continuing on with my daily routines at the house while he was there.  I highly recommend Mr. Joshua Brown and will be using his services again myself very soon.

"I continue to use RCC handyman because of the quality of work that they performs in a timely manner. the crew is very respectful and as a single woman that makes me feel comfortable. I have never had to call them back to fix something that they had already repaired. I had them paint one of the houses on the inside and the house had hardwood floors there was not a speck of paint on the wood flooring. They do great work they show up when they say they get finished when they say. I like it when they leave it’s as if they were never there they clean up everything ….
