Once the occluded piece was removed, Kyle showed me the ends of the pipe after it was removed and why just trying to shift the caked in debris wouldn't work in this case. I appreciated him showing me (including some photos, as I have a crawl space) along with explaining so I had a better understanding. He was considerate in explanations of the work, wearing a mask, punctuality and in cleaning up after."

They did a free estimate and were priced much better than local competition. The work done was top notch, more affordable didn't mean a lesser quality of work. He sourced and replaced my house water filter's carbon tank, along with installing some extras to make replacing annual sediment filters an easier task. "I had moved the frig and undid the line, when I reattached it, it leaked so I called it in. The plumber replaced the connection. And left within 20 minutes I heard water running. I called them back, 30 minutes later plumber was back. The nut he just put in sheared off. He replaced the connection and also this time added a flexible hose. It has worked great since. From my judgement the issue on why he came back wasn't because of bad work, but a fluke in the connection. They were quick to fix the problem and it was fixed correctly. That is why I gave them an A because even when something went wrong they made it right."

They were very thorough in explaining what the issue was. They had pictures so I could see what it was like before and after, because I couldn't be there the whole time.
