"Coast to Coast Heating and Air has, by far, the most professional team of experts that made the whole process comfortable and easy to understand. We had a total of 8 different companies over a 10 day period that provided us with estimates on several brands of heat pump air conditioners, including Trane, Carrier, Daiken, Lennox, Rheem, Bosch, and Tempstar. Kamil, at Coast to Coast was our last estimate that we received. When they arrived at our home, they did an extensive analysis of our current system including our ductwork, and when they were completed they took about a half hour to write up details about what was recommended. It was the most detail-oriented document that we received out of all estimates. That alone is what set them apart from all their competitors. It is what made us feel the most comfortable with choosing them to do our install. Hats off to their installers, Nico, Anthony, and James for their outstanding, professional installation that was done. They arrived at our home very early in the morning and completed everything ( Heat Pump/Air Handler replacement, and ductwork mods ) that day. They also did a great job cleaning up when the job was finished. This was the most professional install for anything I have ever witnessed. We also need to mention the back office support of this company is outstanding. Faith is taking care of registering the system for us, and also is taking care of the Duke Energy rebate for us, which is very helpful. Coast to Coast Heating and Air is top-notch and highly recommended!"

"I called back on Monday, Donnie came out that afternoon and the price was great, he was professional and pleasant. The installers came Tuesday. A friend was at the house as I had to work and he kept calling me with things to ask Donnie. Donnie never sounded irritated and always said you are the customer and we want you to be happy. The issue required the technician to come back after he left Tuesday and he was pleasant as well even though it was already late. This technician couldn't identify why the unit was registering the correct numbers (my friend identified this issue, I would never had know, they left and all seemed fine). The technician was coming back Wednesday morning ( I had to take a day off of work) but Donnie first had another technician come to the house that evening. They found the copper pipes or whatever goes under the house was the problem and they needed to install new pipes through the attic. They never showed any disrespect or tone that wasn't professional and made me feel like the customer did come first. It took a lot of time and someone else to keep pushing the issue (my friend did A/Cs in Texas so he knew things luckily). When they say it isn't really the A/C that fails it is the installation, this could have been one of those. Thanks Service Star for great service. Luckily it isn't hot out but I can't really test the system but we will!"

They helped me to choose the right AC for my house, with no attempt to upsell. Made several trips to replace refrigerant that was leaking to keep me going for the few days until they could install, and they only charged me for the refrigerant. They gave me a very good price on the unit. The installers were very professional, went above and beyond. Every person I dealt with was courteous and helpful. "This was the second time I have used Westbrook to service my air conditioner. I am very pleased with how honest and reliable the technicians are that work for this company. Never try and sell me on anything I don't need or want and perform the service quickly and efficiently. The technician went above and beyond today by fixing a leak with my blower unit. He cleaned out my drainage pipe inside the unit that was clogged and instead of a big ticket fix (that I was afraid of) he got it working again. No leak!. He also found a screw to fit the corner of the blower unit that had come out a few months ago and reattached it. I will never use anyone else but Westbrook to service my air conditioner and furnace."

"Tech came out. Went through from obvious faults and worked way up. Ended up getting drain line flushed and then replacing the blower motor. Now AC is going better then ever. Took much longer then anticipated but only because they were trying every cause and effect. Even had owner come out and eventually found the right combo to fix. Was not charged for visit itself or diagnostic time, which was expected but still nice to have to haggle about at end of it all. Have used them since bought home a few years back and would still recommend to this day."

"Jim did a great job. He quickly assessed the problem and then took our unit with him to work on it more. When he got back to us, the fix would have cost more than it was worth. He gave us options for a new or refurbished PC. We felt the refurbished was a good deal and chose that. He came back and set that up and we are very happy with it. He then took a look at my laptop and again took it along. He tuned it up and installed a speed upgrade we wanted. Of course, we paid extra for the new unit and upgrades, but we thought the price was very fair. Jim seemed very knowledgeable and responsive. We will definitely call him again if we need any computer services."
