"Come home to my A/c not working. Josh come out same day and looked over everything not to mention was in a timely manner. He looked over everything and explained to me the fan motor needed to replaced. I was thinking oh my Gosh this is fixing to be a expensive fix. To my surprise he beat everyones price. It was $575.00. He was very professional and explained everything to me from start to finish. He even called the next day to make sure my Problem was resolved. I recommend this company to everyone. "First visit restored functionality of the heating unit but left some necessary work for a second visit. The techs were a no-show for the second visit. When I called to follow up, I was advised they were trapped on another job site and couldn't meet the appointment, so we had to reschedule. The tech showed up as scheduled on the next appointment, and completed all the work he could do but had to schedule a third appointment to finish the work because he didn't have the materials with him to do so. It is important to note that my unit worked fine after the first service call, so all this follow-on work comprised testing the unit to determine why it failed in the first place (i.e., locate a probable freon leak), seal some leaking ductwork, installing an ionizer and replacing the lead line/filter between the compressor and the coil. Summary: knowledgeable and capable staff, pleasant people to deal with, reasonable pricing. However, they do not perform comprehensive assessments and work plans, so the whole repair/replace process can drag out into several visits. If you get the chance to work with Omar Martinez, you will find him prompt, courteous, and competent. Good guy - committed to making things right!"
