"Carolina Comfort Air installed a new HVAC system in my home, including the replacement of all of the original ductwork in the attic.  Consultant Jose was great.  He recommended a split duct system to allows the downstairs and upstairs to operate on separate thermostats.  He was able to schedule the installation in a timely manner.  The installation crew - Adrian, KJ, Joe and Aaron - were courteous, professional, knowledgeable and considerate and did a great job of cleaning up behind themselves at the end of each day.  The office staff were very responsive when I called with questions.  Carolina Comfort Air came highly recommended by a friend, and they did not disappoint.  I am very pleased with the installation and customer service.  I definitely recommend."

He gave us options for a new or refurbished PC. We felt the refurbished was a good deal and chose that. He came back and set that up and we are very happy with it. He then took a look at my laptop and again took it along. He tuned it up and installed a speed upgrade we wanted. Of course, we paid extra for the new unit and upgrades, but we thought the price was very fair. Jim seemed very knowledgeable and responsive. "Mike and Crystal were very professional from the first phone contact through the completion of the work. They showed up on time, their work was neat and they worked very efficiently. "It was a challenging situation for East Coast Plumbing as the repairs were initially going to be done before closing. Due to problems on the seller's end, the work had to be moved to after closing. The guys at East Coast Plumbing could not have been more professional & courteous under what was a difficult situation that had nothing to do with them! I will absolutely use them again.
