He corrected the problem and then did an inspection of the rest of the system and found a hole which he repaired with silver tape. Since the filter was dirty and I had a new one, he replaced it. Lastly he rinsed off the fans for the external unit. He was extremely thorough especially after discovering it wad a lose power connection. The unit was installed by the company and has been maintained every 6 months by them."

"Another company told me I needed to have my coil replaced. They quoted 1,500.00 for labor, as the coil was under warranty. King gave me a second opinion. The leak was not in the coil but at a easy to reach coupling. They had me up and cooling in 2 hours, 300.00"
