(Note: Enoch disclosed the potential for these charges in the fine print of their bid). For instance, Enoch replaced the water pan... it?s a $5 part at HD and they charged me $40! Same story with some flex tubing... It?s clearly a way to present competitive bid and ?sting? the customer at install... Enoch, just put it in the initial bid! I would have paid them on receipt of the bill but made them wait a few weeks because their pricing practices."

"EXCELLENT, he came and reviewed everything. After we gave him the list and showed what we wanted done he asked about Water Heater! Water heater had not been checked or serviced. The Water heater had a leak in it and had to be replaced. What a lifesaver! Did not plan on that expense but it was better than the other mess we would have had had he not checked it."
