"I had a 20+ year old air conditioning system and didn't want to nurse it through another summer season so I started looking for a replacement during the very polar cold month of February 2019. Of the three bids I received, I was most impressed with Polar Bear Air Conditioning & Heating Inc's responsiveness, professionalism and price. Three days after I signed a contract, Team Polar was at my house at 8:30 am and by 1:00 pm I had a new air conditioning system! The team worked fast, was pleasant, provided updates and handled the one problem encountered, the condenser wouldn't fit through the front door of my old DC townhouse, with grace and humor as they hauled it around the block and in through the back walkway. I'm looking forward to having a cool, reliable and energy efficient system this summer and would definitely recommend Polar Bear Air Conditioning & Heating Inc. to anyone looking for a new system. Thanks again Polar Bear Air Conditioning & Heating Inc!"

"It went perfectly. Randell was professional and my installers Walter and Eddy were the best. Would recommend company highly."

"Kris (Sales) was professional, understood my requirements & was able to provider me with an virtual quote that was easy to read & detailed. We met once prior to the install. I was able to get the install scheduled within a week, too. The Replacement & Install Project Manager and Technicians (Chris, Justin, & Rudy) were on-time, professional, courteous, organized, and quick! Overall, from quote to install, this was an outstanding experience! I will be recommending McCrea to my friends."

"I AM BUYING A HEATER SERVICE CONTRACT FROM PETRO THIS YEAR."

"they are an excellent installer"

"Comfort Consultant John Kline came to assess the situation. He was on time, very professional and extremely helpful. He determined I needed 2 new parts and arranged for them to be ordered and will be installed this week. He went out of his way to explain the situation and as it is very warm right now he gave me suggestions on what I could do to minimize the discomfort. He also helped me with my screen door which allows cooler air into the house. I was very happy with the service I received."

"Trevor and his team are top notch.  From the time we met to review our project to completion he was very responsive.  The day of installation the crew showed up at approx., 8:30 a.m. and it was a HOT day, we anticipated a two day install, but because it was hot the crew stayed until almost 8:00 p.m. that night to complete the entire installation.  I have already recommended Trevor to a co-worker who has used him also.  You can't go wrong with Trevor and his team they are all top notch and professional.

"I closed the deal with Julian on late Tuesday night and the team was able to do the installation the next morning! Jesse gave me the details on the team as the ink was drying. They arrived on time first thing in the morning. Dan, Cal and Greg were a great team that stayed active all day. Seriously over 12 hours! They installed a new Hot water heater and an 18 Seer Lennox Heat Pump with Honeywell Humidifier and Honeywell Home Thermostats. My 17 year old system was tightly packed into the basement. I think the basement was built around it. They replaced everything...ducts, hoses, fuses boxes, wires and pipes. Everything was insulated and finally brought to code with new sensors and alarms. After working all day, they ended the evening cleaning up and taking me through the system in great detail. It has only been a couple hours but everything is running great. I talked to several vendors when making my choice. I liked several of them and they dealt with my silly process. Julian was very thorough with his pitch. He told me about the factors that differentiates them from the others. I believe I made a great choice. Merry Christmas!"

"THANK YOU SO MUCH to Climatic Cooling and Heating for installing our new AC unit with better pricing than anyone else, amazing staff and quick and accommodating timing. Sonny was so kind to come out and explain everything to us prior to the replacement and install. I am so grateful you all were recommended to us and could not be more impressed with your team and their work. John was our technician and the team he had was wonderful, clean, knowledgeable and polite. We will definitely use you again for future needs and will recommend to anyone who will listen."

"These guys were recommended to me by neighbors as well as seeing them on here. Wanted a quote to replace and existing heat pump and blower and while I ultimately didn't go with them, the price was very competitive and they seemed like they were very knowledgeable and professional. It was a tough decision but I would certainly consider them for future work just based on the limited interaction I had with them."
