I was therefore surprised to have a plumber arrive at 12 noon. Mac was very efficient and snaked out our bathroom sink timeously. He was patient in answering all of my questions/concerns. When the job was completed, he cleans up the way he found it. Mac is definitely a team player and I recommend that he received an incentive compensation, for doing extraordinary work. Once I gave him the okay his team was out here by monday afternoon at 1pm. They removed the old water heater, installed the new water heater, and disposed of the old water heater all in about 40-45 mins. These guys were in and out. The new water heater works like a charm and thanks to jeff and his teams quick reponse I didnt skip a beat. Affordable water heaters saved me time, money, and stress.
