"Brian from EZ Flow responded my requests promptly, committed to the schedule and plan. The installation of the water heater was smooth and quick. Wish the gas line was installed closer to the wall as Brian originally planned so as to leave me more space."

"Repeat customers! Last week we had Andy and Brian over to install a tankless water heater and a filtration system. Our water heater exploded and we were so happy with the septic service they did, we brought them back. Now today they are here replacing ALL the pipes under our house. We couldn't be happier with their approach, honesty and hard work ethic. Next up will be two bathroom remodels. Andy and Brian are basically family now!"

"Like the job he did. My faucet works well. Thank you"

We never sub-contract, all work performed is inspected or performed by me personally, Material cost required in advance, payment required upon completion.

"After he figured out where the leak was coming from, he found that the whole faucet needed to be replaced. Had to travel 15 minutes away just to get a new one.  Cleveland is a very little town. I had an appointment so I had to leave him by his self to complete job. When I got back home everything was done and it looked good and no longer leaks. Thank you so much.

"Choice was fast, efficient, and kept me posted on the progress of the claim. Although the water leak issue was discovered on a Friday, they had a plumber there to investigate by Saturday morning. When it was determined that the 20+ year old heater needed to be replaced, the replacement ordered, on-site, and installed by Wednesday morning. I am glad that we opted for the Choice Ultimate plan as other than the initial $65 service fee, all but one $50 ancillary expense was covered."

"Responded almost immediately to my initial request. Scheduled appt for later in afternoon but called and came a couple of hours before we had scheduled which was great, (Holiday weekend Friday). He arrived explained what needed to be done, left to pick up supplies. Returned and repaired promptly, however, not as neatly as would expect but no problem. Ask him about another need for my shower, however, due to the holiday all supply shops had closed early so he would call us at beginning of week to take care of needed repair. It's now been 10 days and we have not heard from him. Very disappointing. Initial customer service is great, but lacking on the follow up for additional job. Would recommend for someone who needs something quick."

"repaired faucet still leaked so I obtained another faucet and he installed."

"Well, the first time the replacement was ordered it was the wrong one, which of course, delayed the installation a week. When it was finally installed I had to pay an additional $850 for code upgrades. This I was not informed of by Home Shield. Then we noticed that there was water on the garage floor and found that the pipe coming in from the wall was leaking at the wall so had to call the plumbing company back out to fix it. They first tried to say it was not their fault but since there wasn't a leak before they installed they did fix it. I have used Home Shield a few times before and never had a problem. Some of the companies they use are not the best so you have to research them before you commit. I have found HS service to be good if you do your homework. At the end of the day I was without hot water for almost 3 weeks but it was do to the plumbing company they sent out."
