"All my contact was long distance, by phone and email. I was comfortable and confident in their credentials and preformance. The renter met the appraiser and it all went smoothly. Minor errors in the floor plan, but for this type of appraisal {**NOT** for lending} the floor plan is not the highest priority and not certified as a part of appraisal. But I'm still picky about the details, smile. <br />"
