Turns out the problem stemmed from a poor installation under the sink and the original installers agreed to come out and fix the problem which they did, and it solved the problem. I greatly appreciated the gentleman from APS coming out and giving his take on the issue. He was spot on, just didn't need as an elaborate fix as he stated. I would call them again."

"The installation went well. Justin from sales is awesome and took all the inputs and scheduled the installation appropriately. The installation team Doug and JD are excellent. They worked very hard in the hot sun and installed very patiently. Very cooperative, cleared all the questions we have. We had an issue with the drainage of the purifier as it occupied our washer and dryer which prevented our washing machine installation and Costco denied the installation. But upon contacting prostar Doug or JD came and resolved the issue in no time. He installed the washer and dryer as well. Really appreciate the team and their services.."

"Parker and Sons sent out two guys to quote installation of a tankless hot water heater.  They were very responsive and flexible in scheduling time to come out.  They were also very punctual and professional.  They weren't as thorough as some of the other companies that came out, but perhaps that's just knowing what they have to do.  Where I was let down was the price. The quoted prices was 2X the cost of the other two companies I had out to quote the same job.
