"Computer did the "gotta send info to Microsoft" but when tried to reboot it ran through automatic repair without success. I did all the alternative without any success. He came and picked up the hard drive on Tuesday and returned it on Saturday. Fortunately he was able to "restore" without any data loss. Very happy with outcome."

"Had a emergency and called their emergency number. A tech (Corey) called within 20 mins. We ended up scheduling for the next morning. Corey showed up on time and was able to get the boiler up and running. Both the young lady who answered the emergency line and Corey were polite and a pleasure to deal with. "Found bad transformer, replaced that and the said the blower was bad. Wanted to be paid for the transformer job before he replaced the blower. Wanted cash or check. I told him to replace the blower and then I would pay. He replaced the blower the next day and wanted $450 right away. I paid and asked for a receipt. He said he would mail it or drop it off. He didn’t do either. The next day I noticed the fan wouldn’t work without the ac on. I called him and he said it was a bad solenoid. I told him to forget it. 3 things bad at once, I doubt it"
