"We hired AC Dave to install a heating & cooling unit, after using them for our old unit's maintenance for years. It was a unit that. went on the roof, so installation was no small task. They did a fantastic job, kept the area clean, were extremely courteous, and we felt like we were hiring family to help us out. They pulled all of the permits which cost extra of course, but it saved us the hassle of dealing with the city and handled the post work city inspections."

"They sent me a guy who was probably did plumbing for ten or fifteen years. Heating and Air conditioning, he did about three years. I had the heating and air conditioner for twenty years, and also bought this unit. The price is really high for an air conditioner. $12,500 if you want it down right. $4000 in the attic. It was $16500 investment. He didn't have what I wanted to hear. The gauges to calibrate anything. Nothing needs calibrating and told him the problem with the thermostat, and since he left he just turned it way down, I am trying to get eighty degrees, and keep it normal temperature. He is trying to get seventy eight, seventy five. Certainly its going to pump a little more colder. He didn't give us a reason why that thermostat isn't working right in the afternoon. He didn't have that answer, or the reason that you could adjust it. Can you adjust that? He had no idea of any adjustments of the thermostat. I didn't ask. I wanted to keep it all the same. I don't know, he didn't had the experience in heating and air, but he had the experience in plumbing. He didn't, and what he wanted for $85, its steep for me, when I just paid $16500, and for the attic ventilation system. I thought he would say $50 or $60. I paid him, and I went to Right Choice to do everything, complimentary. Something to help us out. I didn't ask them, but I would hope they would offer. He wasn't knowledgeable, and didn't know the answer. He wanted a $1000, it takes care of maintenance. Like he just came to the house. That is what he wanted to sell me. I gave him an soda pop, and wanted to see what he wanted to sell me.They sent an really knowledgeable installer. The parts are all knew. I would think they would have followed up, but nothing. Maybe that isn't a lot of money. I wrote a $12,250 check to them. Its a lot of money. I would want them to come out and make the air flows correct."

"Everything went as smoothly as can be imagined. Darrow was easy to work with when planning the job. He worked with my attention to details as I chose the AC and heating units that I wanted and, at my request, put every detail in writing. It was a big job - completely replacement of two systems on two floors including roof mounted AC and basement and attic furnaces. His crew were respectful, professional and always on time. The work proceeded exactly as it was described. Construction messes were cleaned up at the end of every workday. The work was finished on time. As in every big project, there was a "punch list" of details that needed to be attended to. Darrow came out immediately and took care of ALL the details big and small on the list. "Fantastic! Romeo and Efram were prompt, explained everything, and showed me exactly what they were going to do. My attic was a disaster, the insulation had been ripped to shreds, there were animal feces everywhere, if I remember correctly there was also a dead rat up there somewhere. The ducts were old and ripped and worthless as far as maintaining a consistent temperature in the house. it was absolutely disgusting. They really had to work their butts off to get it all done right. They put up plastic to contain the area so no particulate escaped into the air and contaminate the rest of the house. They showed me the insulation and explained how it was being put in. They explained why they put in disinfectant, and what type of disinfectant they use, that it was all natural and nontoxic. (I even looked online to see how well it worked - reviews were great) They cleaned all debris so thoroughly it didn't look like we had any work done. It was awesome. After a few hours, when it was done they had me go up into the space and, WOW, it looked brand new. I was floored. When we turned on the a/c and the heat it didn't feel like each room was a different temperature zone, everything worked perfectly. My husband and I were thrilled. Honestly, you couldn't find two more professional and lovely gentleman to have work in your home. I have already recommended Attic Masters to four of my neighbors because I have so much faith that the company and their employees will do a professional and thorough job. I love this company and couldn't be happier."
