"Our AC died last week and the first company provided us 3 replacement options. We selected the middle option ($16,000) and signed the contract, which provided us a 5 day cancellation period. Installation was scheduled for Friday. I solicited other companies quotes using the estimate provided by the first company and all declined stating I needed to schedule an appointment for someone to come out to take measurements, etc. Our inside temperature was 98 degrees. Advanced Environment Solutions provided us an unbinding estimate of $9,600. a better warranty and immediately dispatched a technician to take measurements and install a portable AC unit until the new one could be installed. "It was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The floor sanders left my heat pump running while sanding. I replaced my duct filters three days in a row because they were filled with dust and debris. I needed help in a hurry, and Keith went out of his way to make it happen so my painters could arrive on time. I also had electrical work happening on the same day so the power was turned off. Keith went above and beyond to find a portable generator and complete the work. It was an all day job in the heat, and Keith got it done. My vent filters have been sparkling clean for the five days since he did the work. I highly recommend this company."
