I called him on Saturday morning because I needed a fan puller to get the old one off and Scott brilliantly called a place that offered one and allowed me to pick it up and use it then buy it after the job was complete! I had 3 to do's I needed done.  One was accomplished. 

On one, the workman stated the part I had wouldn't work, suggested I return the part for a similar part from a recommended supplier & then call provider back for another appt.

On the last to do, as I recall, he didn't have seals for the type of faucet that was leaking.  Workman suggested that we replace the faucet rather than have the seals replaced.  Again, recommended a supplier to obtain a new faucet & then we could call them back for another appt.
