"Terry Oxendine showed up both times on time to fix my HVAC system, and he was friendly and told me step-by-step what he was doing to repair my system. He took pictures underneath my house so I saw the work he did to test my system for leaks. "Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"We are pleased to recommend Triangle Reconstruction with our highest praise. It seems too simple to say that they do what they said they’d do, but that’s exactly what happened. Our home is around 50 years old. Ours was a large job - around a month and $30,000. We had Triangle Reconstruction come in after another moisture company provided mold remediation and a humidifier. I wish we’d contacted TR to start with. We provided TR with a structural engineering report. They created a plan to exactly meet all of engineer’s concerns. TR used temporary supports and replaced seal plates, girders, and joists for over half of our home. In addition, they poured footers and built new columns. They also added a few additional girders to firm up our floors. They removed and replaced our insulation. They sealed our porch and crawl space, replaced our vapor barrier, and installed a moisture meter. They wrapped our electrical cords and hung them. The people at TR are remarkable. A+++++"

"The technician, Aaron Wise, was wonderful. He was prompt and professional. The communication from their office needs improvement. I was not informed of when the part was in or when the AC unit could be repaired. I had to call and check on the status of things. We were without our AC unit for over two weeks during the heat wave (July 18 - August 3, date it was repaired). Our house is a new build and the unit is still under warranty."
