"Charles and Thomas came to my home and performed an energy audit with a blower door fan that showed me where all the cold air was leaking into my house. They also inspected my attic, my insulation was really low, Brand New Construction offered me a great price so I went ahead and decided to have insulation blown into the attic. The same day they sealed all the leaks they found in the house.  I could feel a difference over the next few days, the house was no longer drafty with cold spots. Very happy with the air seal. The next week they came back and blew the insulation in the attic.  They also filled out paperwork to get me rebates for the work I did on my house. "I had made a request on-line for ceiling fan repair and balance. Home Advisor contacted me and said they had a recommendation. I was contacted by Metro Electric and told the repairman would have everything needed to repair and balance fans. Repairman showed up and said he only installed them but would look at mine if I would like. Nothing was accomplished. Shame on me for not sending him away. He looked for any issues he could fix and said he could not help me. He then checked the whole house for any electrical issues and gave me a report card. I paid him $345.00 for his time and service. Would not recommend Metro for fan repair or balance, they just install fans. I have since been contacted by Metro and was refunded all my money due to the mix-up and misunderstanding. I will be recommending Metro based on their professional and overall customer service."
