"Install action went fine but after the installer left we had problems with water pressure. It turned out that the manufacturer installed tubes in the heater where the water goes in and comes out restricting the flow. The technician found this and once removed we had our water pressure back. Although it took two days to resolve, the technician stayed on top of it and made sure the heater worked to our satisfaction.

Even after spending a fair amount of time, Joe told me that the cleaning was not enough. He said he would not charge me for his time. He was so nice about the situation that I did him some money for his time. He also followed up to make sure the replacement went well.
