Corey W (H) was the tech that came out to the house and troubleshooted/resolved the problem (leaking refrigerant). He also advised on probability of future repairs. "Furnace was not operating because the company's automatic delivery system ran me out of oil.
Technician showed up promptly and got the furnace operating but could not get heat into the house. Had to reschedule to have zone valves replaced. Technician show up late and didn't have the required parts. Had to reschedule again.
The third technician showed up on time with all the correct parts and worked most of the day to get the system operating properly.
He was completely knowledgeable and very conciencious that everything was working correctly.

"On a scale of 1-10, I will give Sila’s water heater installation team (Marcus and Roberto) a solid 10 for installing a new 50-Gallon Bradford White electric water heater. On Tuesday afternoon, I talked to Will in Customer Service; he provided me with a fair quote ($1400) and scheduled my installation for Thursday morning. Marcus and Roberto were on-time and pleasant with their interactions with me. This is my first time buying a Bradford White unit; in the past, I used Rheem water heaters with great success. "My sump pump float became dis-attached and was not operating correctly.  I called to have someone come out as soon as possible - and was referred by another plumbing company to Aqua.  The workers arrived within an hour, which was nice because I was needing to bail water and had to get to work.  They diagnosed correctly that the pump was disattached and reattached it so the pump would work.  They would have likely left and not charged me at that point.  The pump is old, plastic and finicky -  there is nothing like living with the uncertainty of it failing during a heavy rainfall.  They indicated it would be a good idea to replace the pump ... and I had been feeling that way for some time.  It is 5 years old.
They were going to come back the next day, but discovered that a local distributer had 2 pumps in stock.  They went out and had it installed within 30 minutes.  It is a nicely constructed solid cast iron pump with a float on a rigid pole.  It comes with a 2 year manufacturer's warranty and a one year installation warranty through Aqua.  I don't think the speed of response and installation could have gone better.  I do not know the average for sump pump installation.  The pump itself likely cost under $150.  But, I did not wish to attempt the installation.  So, I'll give it an A, as I believe it is likely at least an average price for the job.  And I have a lot of peace of mind.

"After several repairs over a couple of years we decided to replace our 14 year old central AC system with a new heat pump system. We got quotes from 3 companies, and decided to go with B.A.R. "The Estimator was very nice and responded quickly to setup the visit and schedule the work for an old DC home with galvanized piping. The 2 installers (one very nice - Chris) did good work and cleaned up well, but didn't communicate the issues that popped up! This was irritating. They left although there were leaks and sewage coming through the kitchen sink when you turned on the bathroom sink etc. The installers claimed someone was scheduled to come the next morning, but that wasn't true because of the communication issues. Also, they promised a plumber would show up on the same day as the stoppage, but they never showed up or called. They apologized the next day, but my elderly mom still couldn't use her bathroom on the 2nd floor and had to go down to the basement to use the restroom for 5 days. They even mentioned that I had to pay for snaking the pipes although we had no blockage until the installers finished their work. The Estimator got an installer/repair tech Chris Hardesty (2nd Chris in the company) to snake and remove the stoppage (for free how nice) and fix all of the remaining issues. He is a great tech!!! He is the reason I gave an overall rating of a B. He was an "A" but the other service averaged to a "B". Thanks Chris!!! If you don't have an older home, then you should be fine, but if you do good luck with finding out promptly."
