"This was a huge job. A complete basement waterproofing - new internal drains installed and two new sump pumps installed. The guys were great - came on time worked hard all day and cleaned up after themselves. The only negative was at the completion of work when it was time to pay the amount was less than what was originally quoted. I told the guy that and he insisted that it was what he had. I even showed him the quote on paper. I paid it - glad it was less, but a few days later got a call from the office telling me I needed to pay another $1600 (the difference between the original quoted price and at the time of service price) I told her what the guy told me and she got a little rude saying "well you knew what the quoted price was" - yeah I DID know and was prepared to pay but after install HER guy insisted it was the price he had. I wasn't trying to get out of paying but the confusion on how much it costs was with the people working there. I didn't appreciate her attitude as if I was trying to skimp out of paying. Nevertheless, I ended up with this additional payment. However, the work is supposed to be guaranteed for life. No complaints there."

"04/07/2015 The installation of the backup sump pump follows the work Basement Pros performed for me in May, 2014.(Angies List review on-line). The job was to install a french drain and sump pump in the basement. As my review of 14 May, 2014 indicates, I was 100% satisfied with the contractor and the work performed. I contracted Basement Pros again, this time to install a Zoeller Battery Backup Sump Pump System. Again, I was happy to deal with Karen in the office, and Donny on the installation. Donny showed up like clockwork Saturday morning. He had the system installed exactly in the length of time Karen had said it would take him. I threw them a curve ball by asking to have the discharge line from the pump/well in the basement redirected from it's original placement outside. There was no problem, or charge, with the request. However, as with just about everything else that is done around here, it ended up being more work than I had hoped. Donny then took his time, thought it through, and did a top-notch job! Once again, at No additional charge. Basement Pros is a First Class firm. They are well priced, very friendly, and provide great service. "After moving into my home, I realized water was coming into my basement. I had three companies come out to provide estimates to waterproof the basement. Allstate's salesperson, Mitch, was very, very personable, knowledgeable and I felt like he really listened to me during the estimate process. Mitch brought pictures with him to show me as well as the company's certifications. Allstate's price was in the middle of the pack of three estimates. Mitch's preparedness was what won me over. Allstate came to my home to install a French drain (along two walls of the basement) and install a sump pump. The workers arrived promptly at 8am, had the containment up in the basement, and were jack hammering by 8:20. About midway through the project, Mitch stopped by to check and see how things were going. As previously stated, I don't have any complaints about the workers what-so-ever. They even stopped worked twice so I could come down to the basement to take pictures of water and mold damage. For the water intrusion and mold in my basement to have been such a traumatic experience, Allstate certainly made the nightmare better than bearable."

"I called them on December 6, 2013 late in the afternoon to check a leak in the yard to confirm if it was on my side of the meter or not. <br /> They sent someone out around 5 PM that Friday afternoon and confirmed that it was our leak to repair. The person that showed up was very polite and professional and was thorough in confirming the area of the leak. They charged $99 to come out that evening, but did apply the $99 towards the total replacement cost if I used them to replace my water service. <br /> They did not work the following Monday due to weather conditions. Two guys returned Tuesday to begin the work. There were a lot of roots in the way that had to be cut out while hand digging the ditch for the new service. The entire ditch had to be dug by hand due to other utilities and bushes and trees that were in the way. They worked most of the day in the rain. <br /> They returned again on Wednesday and finished digging the trench and then laid out the new service line and made the connections on each end. <br /> There were 3 different guys involved in this whole process. Only two of them were at my house at any one time. All three of these gentlemen were very prompt, courteous and professional. They worked very hard and also in the rain for most of the first day. <br />"
