"Overall I am thrilled to death.  Had a few minor issues during the installation where my carpet was horribly stained due to them not using a drop cloth.  They allowed me to have it cleaned to my satisfaction and deducted this from the price.  Had it not come clean they were prepared to replace it.
I cannot judge the entire company over the actions of one negligent employee.  Things happen all the time in the world and the measure of the company is if they take care of it and make it right which they did.
So I was shopping for replacing 2 systems at my home I had recently purchased.  It was a foreclosure and in need of a lot of repairs. Once everything was done they sent their head QC man over to fully inspect things and make sure it was all installed and running properly."
