"The technician was very professional and respectful of my home by removing and/or covering his shoes as needed. He kept me informed about his progress and issues he found as he continued his work. The furnace is very old, so he conducted research, determined the problem, got the needed parts and completed the job for a reasonable cost. I would definitely use his services again. 5 stars!"

Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment.
