"The serviceman who arrived for the job, Richie, was extremely friendly, courteous and professional. He called ahead, arrived on time and was very thorough in checking and re-lighting my furnace. He communicated very well what needed to be done for the inspection and even showed me step-by-step how to light the pilot myself for future reference—great info to know! He also gave me an estimate on-the-spot for a leaky valve that should eventually be replaced. (I should also mention that I contacted several other heating companies before I lucked upon K & K. I was in a “no heat” situation and the other businesses either failed to respond or said they didn’t service my “type” of furnace). Richie, however, arrived confident, ready to work, was experienced with my brand of boiler furnace and assured me that I’d have heat again in no time. The price for the inspection was very fair and it was money well-spent. I highly recommend K & K and of course, I’d be glad to call on them again for future service."

"MAP Construction did a great job with the roof inspection and AC work that I needed done at my new home. I needed 2 humidifiers installed and Matt (the owner) made it happen quickly and was very responsive. "On Thursday, the technician (David) came to my house to look at two projects: replacing a leaking electric water heater, and installing a new gas line (in my crawlspace) to my masonry fireplace so I can convert from wood to gas logs. He explained my options, and quoted prices for these options. I asked if he could do the work on the upcoming Saturday, and he scheduled this before he left! I ordered the gas tankless water heater and the gas line to my fireplace. By the way, I had 3 different plumbers look at this work, WyattWorks had the lowest prices. On Saturday David and Alex arrived early in the morning and worked past 6:30 PM to complete both jobs. The installations were great. Everything to code, and with neat, high quality workmanship and thoroughly tested. They cleaned up the work areas and hauled away my old water heater. In other words, a typical WyattWorks job."

Very fast response for an estimate which was reasonable based on needs and expectations. I was given clear options on the replacement and now understand why I chose the furnace I did. There was no effort at all to sell me things I didn’t need yet always open to discuss any option. Scheduling installation could not have been easier. They even offered to come out early but my schedule couldn’t be adjusted. They were here promptly at 8am Saturday morning. Very professional and personable. They always had time if I had a question.
