"Tyler Jolley with Jolley Pros is absolutely amazing. He is kind, personable, caring, thorough, and honest. I called Tyler because when I was researching contractors that knew about water damage, Tyler was the only one with over 20+ years of experience, and of the reviews I read, it seemed he really knew his stuff. He worked with us last summer and made sure everything was correct and fixed after we discovered that the house builder, 12 years previous, had made some mistakes causing slow water damage to the front of our house. Recrntly, we found water in another portion of the house, and called Tyler again immediately, without hesitation. He came out, helped us figure out what was wrong, where it from, and verified that there was not further wood or mold damage. I have referred others to him, and will only ever call him if I ever need help with repairs or restoration! Thank you Tyler for all of your help!!!"

"We recently had our basement flood. Cody at Disaster Doctors took such good care of us and our home. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. He would explain the mitigation process in detail and keep us in the loop with every surprise that he found or every little piece of good news. They were willing to work with us when we wanted to do some of the work ourselves to save a buck or two. Throughout the whole process we had a ton of questions that were answered with patience and confidence. If it wasn't for the whole basement flooding thing this would have been an all-around pleasant experience. It's unfortunate that good guys like Cody only come around when bad things happen. If something bad happens again I'll definitely give Disaster Doctors a call."

"It was an impeccable service. They're a dependable company that would always make things right."

"My overall experience was positive. We had stucco damage in a few areas where knock out flashing was failing and/or missing. Ted gave a detailed bid that included different possible scenarios depending on what they found once they cut into the damaged areas. He knocked the job out quickly and didn't try to sell me on additional work that wasn't needed. The repairs look good and I am happy with the work."

"AHS is ok. They cover repairs of most everything under the roof of your house. The companies that contract with them are not always the best. You call AHS with the issue, they send a fax to the repair company and give you the contact info. If they don't contact you within 24 hours, you call them. Sometimes they answer, sometimes they don't. When they arrive (usually three days or so later), they service the item. if it has issues within the 90 days, you call AHS again, they are sent out with no charge. If the serviceman decides the unit is unrepairable, AHS will allow you to choose a replacement from their listing (usually not as good as what you have) they will install and remove your old item, or give you wholesale amount to buy and install your own. Prices vary on what you want covered and what you want the copay to be, plus where you live. For me it is 49.99 per month with a 75.00 time of service order. You can have more than one item serviced at the same time under the same fee. If you have a SEAR product the repair guys are great. Not that wild about the other ones they send out. But it is a big savings compared to calling someone on your own. The cost of service is only the 75.00 copay."

"Outcome was good. Someone was here every day until the job was done, which took five days. The entire tub/shower surround along with valve and shower head were removed and replaced. Quality products were used such as cement style backer board and waterproofing paint/seal. Tile (white glazed subway) was placed from tub to ceiling and new fixtures were placed. The tile was placed beautifully and with quality workman ship. They were responsive during the process to any of my concerns or requests. I requested a corner shelf which they did not provide and the billing sheet stated corner shield which was never done. I forgot at time of final payment transaction that these services were not rendered. I remembered two days later and attempted to contact them and they did not respond. If I were to hire them again I would ensure I have a check list and go through it before final payment."
