Joe was the first to come over and give us an evaluation and an estimate. The others wanted to wait till after dark or the next day. They beat all the others prices on a new a/c. "Not very good. In this Country, and I am not from this country. I know how it works. A B is not very good here, Where I come from in England, a B is very good there. So, only A is good here, that isn't accurate. There is excellent, and very very good. A is too big of an category. You need plus or minus, or numbers or something else. That is not really fair. I am happy with the car, and there were a few issues they could have handled better. I might use them. Some people deserve A's.I know how they were with me, a couple of weeks they were gone. When you are buying an car, its not always done right. They didn't honor an pledge, the manager left, or was fired. I don't know. I am still driving the car, but they didn't honor the pledge."
