"We had an issue with a Dry Well periodically backing up. Damian and the D Day Plumbing team were very professional and knowledgeable and provided an estimate with a couple different options and their related costs. They installed a new utility sink, sink pump, and needed piping and valves with tie ins to the main septic. They made improvement above and beyond the initial job breakdown, all the while staying within budget. I will certainly consider them again for any future work. They also provide the rebate upfront so it was applied to the job which felt was really helpful. That aside, they stood out with their level of expertise. It was a big upgrade for us and we wanted to be sure we picked the right design and it done correctly and I?m confident we did. They were so thorough and even when I had questions about how to use certain functions on the unit they returned to my home to re-explain them to me. I opted for Mitsubishi because of the reliability as we removed our oil system completely so it was a tad more than others offering other brands, but a far superior product and less future issues felt worth it to me. "Bought a heat pump from them 3 years ago. Cooling has never worked in the summer, heating fails twice every year in winter. Even when it works it can't heat the house over 65 degrees. The problem is always the same, a leak in the line they installed. Instead of fixing the leak, they refill the refrigerant every time and charge me a few hundred dollars. Every time I have helpfully told them about the continuing leak issue, but they don't listen. Now that the heat pump is out of warranty they are recommending a $3000 repair of the problem they should have fixed three years ago."
