Technician was thorough and helped us to understand not only what's going on with our old A/C unit but also our options to replace when/if we need to. Didn't pressure us at all to go that direction and gave us solid advice to try to squeeze another year or more out of the equipment we've got. The only one item I would mention is that we bought an incorrect faucet/drain combination. The tech replaced the drain components but since the faucet we had was designed to have a pull lever for the drain, and the one he used was a push down stopper, the hole where the pull up leveler would have gone stayed opened. It does not look good so we now need to live with it."
