"My wife and I bought a house a couple years ago, and became owners of a radiant heating systems installed more than 20 years ago. Tony and Damian did a great job of understanding how my radiant heating system works, what repairs were needed/what was failing, and where upgrades were needed. They replaced the pump, both expansion tanks, and the neutralizer. Additionally, they noticed the hot water tank was installed incorrectly, and the hot and cold water connections were flipped. It's amazing the system worked, and it's nice to have a system that's correctly installed (even if it's 20 years later!). Additionally, they secured the expansion tanks to the wall (now required by code), replaced the deteriorating copper pipes connected to the neutralizer with plastic (I'm sure this is code now as well), and re-routed the overflow pipes to the outside (rather than the floor!). You can't go wrong with these guys, well done, they're true craftsmen to the trade."

Even though my water heater is difficult to reach, and even more difficult to carry a bulky, heavy water heater down the outside of my house to install, they got in quickly, and before I knew it my new water heater was installed and I had hot water again. I had another little plumbing job, replacing a kitchen faucet, and Johnny Thoummavang returned the next day, a Sunday, and installed my new faucet quickly and efficiently. AceStar was in the higher price range for installing a water heater, but they came promptly, and they came on a weekend. YOU CAN'T ASK FOR BETTER SERVICE! My only two suggestions for customers are one, be home early to wait for the plumbers to arrive, and two, make sure their ability to accept a credit card is working that day so you can charge it. This happened to my husband & me, and luckily it was not a problem for me to write them a check. However, when my husband and I were younger, with small children and only one income, I wouldn't have had that much extra money in my checking account to pay for this emergency. So, if you rely on credit to pay for emergencies, check if AceStar can take your credit card, before they come that day and definitely before they start the job. THEY'RE GREAT, and they're the only plumbing company I've ever put in my Evernotes and my phone contacts to call again should I need a plumber!"
