We can change toilet parts, and bath / kitchen fixtures. We can do non-structural deck work/ maintenance. * Note: We don’t do plumbing, electrical, or structural woodworking. We don’t do stone countertops ( but we can do Formica, butcher block, or wood customizations / fabs. Text or call and we will see what you have, and if we can do it. I am a sub contractor, licensed and insured. Billing is done as a proposal and invoice contract. payment usually made upon completion of job. though on a larger job it usually is a half up front and half on completion. Pool service is on a non contract basis
