He was there within 2 hours and was able to determine that he needed a specific part that would have to wait til Monday since the parts store was closed. He was very understanding that both my husband and I work full time, and he accommodated us by coming back first thing Monday morning with the part. He installed it and then got a second error code from the machine, which he had to leave to research and speak to the manufacturer about, etc. He returned once again first thing in the morning the following day and was able to completely fix the problem. "Jeff came out right away when we called for service.  He gave us an estimate that was very reasonable and guaranteed that the final cost would not exceed his estimate.  Several other companies that we contacted were trying to convince us that we needed to replace the entire heating and air conditioning system.  Jeff advised that we make the repair instead of replace the unit because he believed that the unit was fine other than the faulty part.  We appreciated that he did not try to sell us something that we really didn't need.
He ordered the part which was under warranty.  The manufacturer was going to charge for freight on the part, but Jeff convinced them that since the part was under warranty, we should not have to pay an extra charge for the freight.  He ordered the part, scheduled a time to install it as soon as it arrived, and completed the job to our satisfaction."

"To be fair, the Appliance Installer guys did a great job on installing a new rigid duct for my dryer. However, I needed to have them come out a few more times to help fix the original problem which was that the dryer was not drying my clothes like it used to. They replaced at least one part that didn't actually need to be replaced and didn't fix the problem. In the end, I hired a Maytag certified repair person who finally properly diagnosed the drying problem and fixed it. It's just too bad that it took three different technicians and over $500 total to get the problem completely resolved."

"It was a Saturday morning by the time we realized that we were going to need a repair guy it was almost noon.  I called around and these guys were the only one's still able to come out.  The window given to us was a 3 hour window.  They showed up towards the end of the 3 hour window with two technicians.  Both men were young.  They unplug the fridge, tested everything, cleaned the area and said they could not locate the problem.  Everything seemed to be working correctly.  About 20 minutes later, a third technician showed up. He checked their work and verified to us that the water dispenser was now working correctly without any parts needing to be replaced. We gave them a coupon which provided for a "free service call" with  a completed repair.  They wrote us an invoice for $95.00 fee.  Their fee to come out was $50.00.  They were at the house for about an hour.
Given the age of the refrigerator, maybe the "reset" by unplugging it, got it back into working condition, but we were happy to have someone look at it and verify that it was now running okay.

"They repaired the ice maker. They did that with no problem. They were also supposed to repair the dryer. It was to much and the repair did not happen. I had a real problem with trying to get that resolved. I currently have their service as a home warranty. They had two different companies come out and one was never resolved and the other was completed the day they came out. The area was left clean,"
