"I have to say, the entire ordeal was made far easier by Boston Custom Remodeling. As you can imagine it was an absolute nightmare to come home to a flooded condo (which we had renovated already in 2014). We had nowhere to turn and really had no idea how to handle it. They excluded a great deal of items and stated that certain walls and electrical that were clearly in the path of the water didn't need to be replaced.
