"I would highly recommend this company. The owner, Mike Hoff, was very honest and very professional. He fixed our problem for $254, when another "BIG company" told us that our inside coil had a hole in it and that to fix that would be $2300, but our best bet would be to replace the entire unit. They even had a salesman at my door within a half hour and he wanted to sell me the $11,000.00 heating/AC unit, "which would be the best thing we could do for our house." My husband became suspicious when it didn't look like the service tech had even taken off the front of the A/C unit where the coil was located. And this was a company that had been servicing our heating and A/C unit for the last 4 yrs. Anyway, he suggested I call Hoff A/C, whom he had found on Angie's List website. Mike Hoff took the time to show me everything he was doing and where the problem was. I will call him from now on for any heating or A/C problems we have."

"Originally I called for a diagnostic of my AC unit, which was doing a terrible job cooling my house. Nikita did the diagnostic-turns out the coolant was leaking, a coil needed to be replaced, and not to mention the thing was from the 1990's. We decided to replace and upgrade it, as well as our furnace, since we froze last winter (turns out it was badly rusted on the inside and emitting CO into the house, which NO ONE found last winter (had it looked at by 4 different people and everyone said there was nothing wrong except that the BTU's were too small for the size of the house). Roy was so awesome, because even though they couldn't schedule us for the next 3 weeks, he made sure we stayed cool-he filled up the coolant and came over to the house a couple times when the AC stopped working. "Great experience! We had a bad backup late last year from our sewer and it was recommended we have it looked at in the spring. Jimmy the owner came out personally and snaked the line and identified two places with issues. Within a couple days they had dug up our sewer line and fixed the problem - getting the grading the way it needed to be - and apparently should have been built originally and the builder neglected to perform the job up to code! They are also set to replace our HVAC soon as it needed to be moved in part of the excavation process and our old one was ready to be replaced anyway. Highly recommend!"

"These guys were really great. Easy to deal with. Good products. Professional installation. Great follow up. I had gotten a coupon for an AC tuneup from another company at Home Depot. During the tune up they told us we needed a complete new system. He quoted us a price of almost $10,000. So I went to Costco, which has a local partner for HVAC. Surprisingly, they proposed a bigger, even more expensive system for $11,000. I was pretty frustrated. So I went on here, looked for the highest rated HVAC companies and found the great reviews for Complete Comfort. They lived up to the hype. They suggested a system that was similar to the other two proposals but MUCH cheaper at $7,000. Their guys came out in a rainstorm and worked their butts off all day. The new system is GREAT! Then after about a week we noticed a banging noise when it came on. We called and they came right out. They made an alteration that fixed the problem at no additional cost. It was such a great experience working with them all the way around."
