"I hired Oasis to rebuild my 37-year-old attached deck and covered, screened-in porch, as well as a secondary deck. The work performed included reframing, new Trex decking, new, contemporary railings, wrapped beams, rebuilt staircase, tongue in groove ceiling, floor-to-ceiling screens and ceiling lights. All work was accomplished on time with attention to detail and quality. Oasis transformed our old, dark porch into a bright space that we’re eager to enjoy as the weather warms. Preston and his crew braved sub-freezing temperatures to accomplish the rebuild. All-in-all it was a job well done. I recommend Oasis to build your deck and would hire them again for future work."

"Frank and his team of professionals were a pleasure to work with during the recent renovation of our deck and sunroom conversion. Decks are their specialty and the quality is in every detail, but the show stopper is the sunroom conversion. While working through the supply chain issues of the Summer, Frank and his team of professionals built a space for my family to grow and enjoy for many years to come. When we do sell, the sunroom will sell this house -- floor to ceiling windows on one side, fireplace with built-in desks, saved the tile floors to keep costs down, 15-foot accordion style door that opens onto a beautifully crafted deck. We love our sun-filled, family-friendly, new space. So in conclusion, would I hire Decks & More again? Emphatically, yes."

"LJIA Masonry did an amazing job replacing the broken flagstone covering my front door stoop and steps. They explained why the original flagstone broke over time and suggested a much thicker stone. It was fun watching them cut and place the stones to make them look as natural as the originals."

"<p>Perfect project! Let me start by saying we loved Bob and his son Mason, and are planning on using them again for an outdoor kitchen project soon! Bob is super-responsive, if you call him-he'll call you back that day.  If there is a weather situation, Bob won't hesitate to let you know how that might affect your project time-wise.  </p> <p>The work they perform is beautifully crafted stonework. We are pretty picky and Bob is too. He takes real pride in his craft and it shows. Our neighbors commented, first and foremost, how lovely the project had turned out, but went on to say how courteous and professional they were. Every day they made sure to clean the sidewalk in front of our home so thoroughly you would never have known there was work being done.  </p> <p>In the end, every stone is even, the mortar between the stones is perfectly consistent, and we are thrilled with the results.</p> <p>I would not hesitate to recommend Bob's work and whole-heartedly endorse him.  We look forward to using him again and Bob, if you read this, THANK YOU! </p> <br />"

"During the projects, it was always easy to reach the project manager, they did quality work and they found an existing buried pipe which they offered to test and use. This saved me $500. For those reasons, when I requested bids (6 in total) for the outdoor living space, I called Wilson Bros again. Not the cheapest, not the most expensive, but in the middle. A major reason why I chose them is because they managed the entire project so I didn't have to deal with multiple sub contractors. The project manager always answered my calls or responded to texts quickly. Also, he came to check the progress almost everyday. There were a number of change requests that I made, and the price changes for these were always reasonable. The one time I did have a concern about the price of a change request, he didn't press the issue...he said my happiness was his primary concern and met me in the middle. When working with any contractor, I suggest you educate yourself and pay attention. There were a few quality concerns, but he quickly addressed all of then without any hassles or excuses. The project did run behind schedule, but I prioritize quality over speed, so in their defense, I never pressed the issue. That said, I'm certain if I had voiced concern about the delays, he would have made adjustments. I paid half up front, and he didn't ask for another dime until every item on my checklist was complete. Overall, I would definitely use them again. I found that most of these companies sub contract most of the work, so you're really picking a project manger who is responsive, easy to work with, and reasonably priced."

"I contracted with CEL to remove my existing concrete and add pavers, pergola and a fire pit.  Tim was extremely responsive to me.  The work was done in record time.  I did not have any problems that were not resolved immediately.  Tim gave me advice on the design, the paver colors and enhancements. <br />"

"I had a pilot light on a gas fireplace that wouldn't stay on. After they asked what brand of fireplace and pilot light assembly I had, they were able to order the part (thermocouple) and within a few days, came by and installed. They also checked on the pilot light, the fireplace burn flames, replaced all batteries in the remote control unit and reassembled the logs. They did more than I expected for the price of replacing the thermocouple. Alex Jarski, who is the owner, was the person whom I was in contact. is company sells and services outdoor grilling and kitchen equipment. While my fireplace is indoors, there are similarities with respect to the gas starter units. He was very helpful and most willing to help me."

"We worked with Doug who is one of the owners. He was great - we loved the design and he was very competitive and responsive to all concerns and suggestions we had. We collaborated on the design and we adore it. His guys were terrific and Doug was around a lot. They worked so hard and finished as quickly as they could. They cleaned up every night . <br /> We truly couldn't be happier with the work and the process. <br />"

"I had ProPaitning & Remodeling come and do a large amount of interior painting work and some exterior painting and siding work in preparation for me to sell my home. Overall, I am very satisfied with the end result and I would definitely use them again. I had all the upstairs bedrooms and my entire upstairs area painted along with the living room, dining room, bathrooms, and kitchen. Their price was at the lower end of the 5 bids I received but the quality of the painting job was excellent. Harold the foreman, did a great job of working with us and making sure that everything was done the way we wanted it done. There were a few little areas that needed to be touched up at the end, but the end result was that our house looked brand new again. The work was also completed on the time schedule we wanted, so we were very happy with that as well. If I could recommend one improvement to be made, it would be better initial communication with the customer to let them know them know a firm start date and what to expect in advance. Other than that, I am a very satisfied customer and I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for an excellent quality paint job for an affordable price."

FAQs for outdoor kitchen building service projects in Mcdonough, GA

Building your own pizza oven can be a cost-effective option if you already possess the necessary firebricks or materials and have the skills to complete the project. When you have the required supplies on hand, you save on material costs and labor fees. However, if you need to source every component, a pre-made kit may not deliver the same savings.

Fire bricks are engineered to withstand the high temperatures generated inside a pizza oven, protecting the structure from cracking or spalling. Standard bricks can fail under intense heat, potentially damaging the oven and creating safety risks. By using true fire-rated bricks, homeowners maintain consistent cooking temperatures, preserve the oven’s structural integrity, and reduce the likelihood of costly repairs. The modest increase in material cost is offset by longer service life and safer operation.

An optimal pizza oven installation positions the opening exactly between 36 and 48 inches above the ground to guarantee clear visibility and safe, comfortable access. This height optimizes heat distribution and ergonomic use. In addition, dome height can vary: shorter domes produce the signature soft, charred crust of Neapolitan pies, whereas taller domes are ideal for generating the robust baking environment required for New York–style pizzas.
